It was a wonderful weekend spent with friends. Candace, Li, Eugene and I drove up to Manchester, Connecticut to visit dear friends of ours - Jonathan and Joan O Neil. We had all been in bible study together before Joan and Jonathan moved away a year ago.
It was a fun time just getting together again. They live in an apartment block, named Lofts at the Mills, that was converted from a silk mill in the past. It is a charming block in a quiet town. A pleasant surprise was stopping by Jonathan Edwards', the famous theologian's, birth place.
We had a great time and wished the long weekend could have been longer. We cannot wait to see Jonathan and Joan again... and perhaps their new baby too!
