Feeling sorely disappointed by the quality of roasted meats in the DC area, I resorted to making my own char siew (roasted pork).
Given that it was my first attempt, it turned out pretty well (at least better than any of those you get around here) and I am now going to learn how to make char siew bao (roasted pork buns)!
