End of Move party!!

God has been so good in providing us with a new home where we can serve Him. In many ways, we feel that many of our friends are part of this new home because of how many of you have put so much work and prayers into making this real. We pray that this home will be a place where God's people live and share God's love with others. This blog entry is really a tribute to our friends:

i) The CHBC moving crew: Papu, Jim, Chris and Tessa, Nick, Ben, Candace, Jimmy and Janet, Aeja and Jeremy, Kevin (who was willing but unable to make it).

It was an amazing experience for us to see how you sacrificed a good saturday morning to help us with what seemed like a big task. But with your help, we managed to move in record time (2 hrs and 32 mins from start to finish)... None of this would have been possible without all of your kindness.

ii) The Verheys: We will look at the ceiling fan and remember the night of sweat and toil putting up the fan! Thank you for your hard work.

iii) Li and Marianne: The painting crew - what a good job in painting... I trust you know that our home is yours too and that you can always drop by anytime!

iv) Jesse and Jason: Our wonderful friends and realtors. You went above and beyond the call of duty in your loving service to us and helping us find this place in under a month... your reccomendations and ideas went a long way.

v) Lois, Grace and Dawn: my gardening friends - thanks for being willing to help a clueless person figure out what to do with her yard!

vi) All our faithful friends and elders at CHBC who prayed for us through this transition.

Prayers may be unseen by man but they are heard by the Lord who is glorified when we seek Him. What a service it is to us! Praise God for answering all these prayers.
